Educology® Consulting Services, a business division of GORINI Enterprises, LLC, offers a full set of
managerial and consulting services related to the engineering, management, and continuous improvement of
educational and learning systems and processes. Policymakers in the field of Education will be especially
interested in the services of Educology® Consulting Services.
Educology® Consulting Services applies a cross-discipline, outcomes-based approach to improving the quality and
productivity of Teaching and Learning approaches. Forces, factors, and trends impacting Education, identified from
diverse areas such as science, technology, economics, demographics, and politics, are fully considered.
Today, with the advent of the post-industrial or information society, globally, Education, of all types and at all levels,
is in a state of crisis. In some academic disciplines, content is changing and growing at an incredible rate.
Also, traditional approaches to education delivery are becoming increasingly out of sync with learning needs and stakeholder
wants. Traditional approaches to Education are becoming increasingly costly in an environment where time is becoming more important
and available funds diminishing. When the conflicting needs of Educational sponsors, administrators, faculty, students, and other
stakeholders are considered, the whole picture is one of dynamic tension or severe stress.
Given the present dilemma in Education, the mission of Educology® Consulting Services (ECS) is to provide objective and clear
information about the current state of affairs, key issues and underlying factors (driving forces), scenarios of probable futures
and timelines (outcomes), and emerging industry best practices (methodology and technology). In addition to written materials,
ECS will provide seminars, workshops, and forums for information exchange. ECS will also provide managerial and consulting services
associated with: strategic assessment and strategy planning; risk analysis and management; policy development, communication and
deployment; technology assessment, selection, and deployment; transition planning; (cultural) change. management; quality assurance
and improvement; productivity assurance and improvement; process management and improvement, etc.
